Former Dutch player who is now famous 48-year-old, twice as the best player in the world, failed to lift the prestige of the team since he was chosen as coach by surprise at the beginning of this season.
Grozny is currently perched in the relegation zone, in order to-14 of the 16 teams that competed in the competition.
Gullit previously promised that he would at least bring the team to the European League competition next season, the club said in a statement.
"Today, we have to announce that Gullit is not encouraging for the club's board," the statement said adding, the coach had already made some mistakes.
Kadyrov, who is also an extension of the strong leadership of Chechnya, giving a last chance to Gullit.
"Ruud Gullit had to go home with three points. When it is realized will be relieved with his duties as coach," said Kadyrov, who last month did an exhibition match played by the great players, of whom Maradona and Luis Figo.

Terek Grozny was formed in 1958 but broke up the third event of war in Chechnya in the 1990s and appeared again in 2001.
They are in order to-12 last season, two levels above the relegation zone and 35 points behind champions Zenit Saint Petersburg.
